Corporate training
The concept of education is intrinsically connected to the company’s strategic intentions and assures, first and foremost, that the objectives which are initially agreed upon are achieved. For this reason, a learning path is planned in order to insure the constant development of specified organizational vitality competencies.
The training paths implemented by Aod guarantee the constant development of personnel’s competences maintaining a high organizational vitality level. During the entire process, the Academy’s consultant and the company’s key managers operate together in order to (a) capitalize on past experience , (b) design tailor-made projects, contents and deliveries, (c) constantly monitor reached and unreached objectives .
Training Structure
The global structure of each training path is implemented through the “Aod Learning Process” methodology that has been joint with the company’s strategy and aims at the development of personnel, a process in three phases: (a) Awareness – (b) Delivery – (c) Reinforcement.
The Corporate Training activity of the Academy of Design provides all training services for a company’s personnel, following a methodology perfected by constant research, practical work in the field and study of learning processes and teaching methods.
